The following describes the overall company privacy policy of DCypher Media B.V. (“DCypher”). We understand how important it is, especially in today’s online world, to protect the privacy of Internet users. Personal Information

Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") is data that is personally identifiable. This is generally described as a person’s name, email address, credit card number and/or any other information that might be considered private. The PII that DCypher collects from a person is information that person supply to DCypher; such as name, email address, credit card number and DCypher account login. That information is maintained by DCypher only so that a user / client does not have to enter it each time visiting the DCypher website to login to the user’s/client’s account.

Non-Personal Information and Cookies

Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("NPII") data is gathered by DCypher and DCypher 's Partners, so it can be used by DCypher for the purpose of facilitating and optimizing services and results for DCypher clients and partners. NPII data collected by DCypher for advertising purposes is completely anonymous and only includes the following information: the prospect's IP address, date and time of visit, domain type and their activity on our Advertiser's and partner's websites. None of this information, under any circumstances, individually or grouped together, can be traced back to a specific individual. DCypher does not track any information about visitors once they leave our site. DCypher may use cookies to collect NPII information. DCypher may also allow unaffiliated third parties, such as advertisers, to serve cookies to visitors of our site.

Children’s Privacy

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Spam and E-mail lists

We do not intentionally send unsolicited e-mail messages that could be construed as spam.
